We offer plant calibrations and training. Plant calibrations are essential to correct operation of the plant to ensure the required specifications for HMA.

Training plant operators is also essential to producing quality mix. We can train multiple operators at your site.

Reviewing the air system, air handling and pressure drops throughout the system can be reviewed. Many of the existing induced draft fans, baghouses and primary collectors are not at all operating near performance and can significantly limit the production on the plant.

Safety is a very big priority when installing liners inside a silo. Number one is when opening all gates on the bottom of the silo is to open them, chain the open release all air pressure and even unhook the cylinders for the gates.

Silos need to be inspected especially on high production plants. Our asphalt experts suggest doing a thickness test every Fall at the end of the season to determine if liners need to be installed before the next season.

We can install Full Sheet A/R Liners, small hi-tech liners, and ceramic liners in the cone area and up the tub wall as needed.

In order to get the most out of an existing system, our engineers and technicians can examine the many factors involved in proper combustion, heating and drying including flighting, seals, the condition of drum/dryer tires, trunnions and other major components. Since this is one of the high wear items and so critical in order to make quality hot mix asphalt, it requires constant monitoring and frequent measurement to see if it’s performing within standard.

The T-Trac System makes proper tire and trunnion alignment easy. Our service technicians can properly align your trunnions and shim if needed to maintain full face contact of the trunnion and tires for proper dryer operation.
